Delivery & Returns
Returns are free within the UK.
Delivery to mainland UK costs £9.50 + VAT (We have to charge VAT on delivery). We use either Crawfords, APC or DPD as our couriers. We aim to have your order with you within 3 business days. Because we use a variety of different couriers through Crawfords, we cannot forward a tracking number, but if you input a mobile number you will get next-day delivery updates by text depending on the delivery courier.
If you are ordering from within the UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase from us for whatever reason within 14 days of purchasing. If you decide to cancel and return your purchases, you will be reimbursed for all relevant charges. More details are on our Terms & Conditions page.
Returns from within the UK are free. All you need to do is to either send us the returns form that came enclosed with the order, email the details to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact Us form. We will then email you a CollectPlus label for you to put on your package and then you can drop it off at any CollectPlus parcel drop. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more detail.
If you are ordering lampshades, we endeavour to offer free returns wherever possible. If you order a standard size of shade, we can usually offer free returns. If you order a custom shade and size we will probably not be able to offer free returns. If this is a concern, please get in touch with us before ordering.
We regularly ship outside the UK, especially to the USA and mainland Europe. We use Royal Mail for smaller sizes and Parcelforce for larger boxes (last mile delivery is by USPS in the USA) and takes roughly 4 business days from posting, depending on the location.
Boxes normally have compensation cover up to £100, if this is a concern, please get in touch.
We need a named addresse, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, or to a residential address without a name. If your delivery location is not on our site, please just drop us a line and we will be able to arrange something.
Unclaimed International Deliveries
The rules vary by jurisdiction, but many postal services will only attempt one delivery and then expect the recipient to book re-delivery. In the US for example, USPS will only attempt to deliver once and then the package will be returned to sender after 5 days if left unclaimed. Unclaimed packages are usually because of a wrong address or failure to re-schedule delivery. If tracking shows that a delivery attempt was made, but for some reason the package remained unclaimed, and the package is subsequently returned to us, normally we will not be able to refund you the postage.
