The perennial second man Kisenosato manages to win a tournament when two of three top ranked wrestlers (Yokozuna) and one other Ozeki are out injured and he is then promoted to Yokozuna himself?
Does being the first Japanese born wrestler in twenty years to achieve promotion to Yokozuna have anything at all to do with it?
