We are now offering a DDP service for our Israeli customers. This means that we charge you Israeli Sales Tax on your purchase and then we pay all import charges and Sales Tax on your behalf.
This means that there should be no hold-ups or unexpected requests for payment, and your package should just arrive at your door. (Although there are sometimes extra security/ID checks for imported packages)
So, if you are a regular customer, you will notice that prices have gone up to reflect Israeli Sales Tax, but overall it should be cheaper and more reliable to buy from us.
